Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Policy Effective Date: March 2025

1. Purpose
Eldermont University is committed to operating with transparency, fairness, and integrity in all aspects of the student experience. In alignment with our faith-based mission and academic philosophy, this Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which students may cancel their enrollment and request a refund of tuition fees.

2. Cancellation Within 30 Days (Cooling-Off Period)
Students who choose to withdraw from Eldermont University within 30 calendar days of their tuition payment are eligible for a full refund of tuition provided that:
• No substantive academic work has been submitted (including Bachelor/Master/Doctoral Research I–IV, or the thesis/dissertation).
• No degree has been conferred.
• The student submits a written request for cancellation via email to: [registrar@eldermont.com] or through the contact form at www.eldermont.com/contact

🔹 Registration and Application Fees, if charged, are non-refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility After 30 Days
If more than 30 calendar days have passed since tuition payment, refund eligibility is determined by the student’s academic progress in the research portion of the program (courses and final submission). PLA credits are evaluated immediately upon enrollment and are not included in refund calculations.
